and quarterly expectation, with 10 days’ time frame (Threshold), within 3% (Target) 2%

20%-Goal 2. Support and contribute to bidding process to complete major projects on a
timely basis and within budget; Within 3% and within the quarter budgeted (Threshold)
within 2% of budget and with a 10 daytime frame (Target) and completed within 1% of
budget and as budgeted time-wise (Stretch).By phases as budgeted amount permitted,
support local RGM and operations department maintain and keep services within
budget. 12/31/2013


20%-Goal3. Accuracy coding & discretion of all operational invoices for processing , to
avoid reclasses , disputes and coding errors within assigned properties 75% Threshold
- reduce error by 5 , 85%Target – Reduce error by 10 , 95 % Max – Reduce error by

10%-Goal 4. Lower Slip and fall incidents with in assigned properties by
5 %( Threshold) 10% (Target) 15% (Stretch). 12/31/2013
