# Preparation test packages of piping and conduct walkdowns prior to line pressure testing.
# Perform destructive test such as pneumatic leak test on reinforcing pads, pontoon blocks, roof and
Completed tanks.
# Perform orientation, dimensional and fit-up inspection prior to any welding activiteis. Check for any
Pre-weld requirement such as preheating, joint preparation and welder’s qualification.
# Conduct final dimensional inspections such as Straightness, Peaking, Banding, Plumbness, Roundness
And Tank Settlement Inspection in accordance to applicable codes and client’s related specifications.
# In-process welding surveillance to verify compliance to qualified WPS, the electrode used, the
Technique, inter-pass cleaning, temperature and heat maintenance.
# Conduct weld quality control inspection to all completed weld seam for any surface discontinuities
And other visible defect evaluation. Also, monitoring of post-weld heat treatment/stress relieving as
Required.
# Advise specifications on the acts of negligence by fiiters and welders with respect to poor workmanship,
