qualification and all related document approved by all parties (Manufactur Data Report);
 Inspection receiving material and welding consumables for welding works inclusive of PMI checks;
 Verify and monitor in-process welding activity (welding parameters) fit-up, alignment,
dimensional tolerances, according WPS, conducting audit all welding consumables, ensured that
material traceability is recorded, monitor in-process blasting & painting activities, flushing, etc;
 Review and record radiographic test film result according with code and rules, monitor and
witness leak test, Post–Weld Heat Treatment, Pneumatic Test Inspection, Vaccum Test Inspection,
Hydro test Inspection, Punchlist, Tightened Bolt Inspection, etc.;
 Construction and Inspection Modification existing Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger (Additional Nozzle,
