 Planning for erection according to available front&Inspection of site before fabrication & erection of
pipelines (S.S & C.S.).Also in installation of heavy machineries, Valve Fittings & Instrumentation.
 Direct reporting to project Manager with progress report.
 To inspect the materials for material identification as per applicable code specification, purchase
order copy and correlating it with MTC.
 Coordination with the client, consultant & T.P.I to maintain the quality of the project.
 Preparation of welding procedure specification (WPS), procedure qualification record(PQR)..
 Testing of all welders for performance and qualification test (WPQT) and coordinating with Client
for welder qualification.
 GRN goods received notice and Billing of supply and erection materials.
 To inspectjoint fit-up of each joint and making fit-up inspection reports LHS, Loop Files.
 Planning of NDT activities as per API 1104 & ASME B31.3 and review of reports for Joints.

inspection on the welding and Reviewing Test results and reporting same to the senior inspector.

 To check the fit up prior and confirm the root gap, offset, bevel angle are within acceptance limit.
 Prepared daily report, daily Inspection reports Preparation of Internal punch list.
 Sound knowledge of welding process like SMAW,GTAW,GMAW,SAW
 Maintain and ensure good plant housekeeping.
 Pre commissioning and commissioning Witness of the PLC, MCB, FFP, UPS Panels GLD’s, etc.
