• Handling all the design / technical engineering activities from the project award
stage till the successful installation and handover stage.
• Complete study of projects, architectural drawings, specification IFC drawings, BOQ,
wind tunnel report.
• Preparing concept proposal, drawings for preliminary approval with the help of CAD
designers.
• Coordination with contractor, consultant, client projects and other related sub-
contractor to ensure smooth execution of the projects.
• Planning of design submittal for the project as per client & contractor requirement
and contract terms and conditions.
• Planning of the design submittals in order to distribute the tasks amongst team
member (CAD Designer) and monitor them on daily basis.
• Preparation and Checking of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, Material Take-
Offs, Accessories Take-Offs & Glass Take-Offs by using ( LOGIKAL SOFTWARE ,
MANUAL BY AUTO CADD, PLUS 1D & PLUS2D ), Ensure timely completion and
submission of error free drawings in line with company standards.
• Guiding and monitoring of CAD Designer in terms of critical design aspects.
