time after a panel was opened. Designed a water overflow containment unit for the cooler. Redesigned doors
to incorporate hinges for easier access and incorporate new interlock switches.

• Designed Frame, Skins, Water Manifold, Gas Lines, etc. for a new process module in addition to a new Gas
Box Enclosure and Controls box for both systems to increase throughput by 10X.
• Designed a frame and skins for a pre-clean module.
• Worked with vendors for cost reduction and manufacturability of frame and skins.
• Was also responsible for the top level assy to ensure fit and compatibility for all components.

• Working on a new multi station wafer handler system for two different customers, one for the rest of the
world, one for a specific customer requiring unique specifications.
• Designing the EFEM’s and Back End Frames, Skins, Floor Tiles and an access ladder.
• Responsible for the top level assembly and keeping everyone updated on changes for a more seamless design.
Requiring customer input to design to their specifications and following through to give them their tool.
This was done to improve throughput and cost of ownership.
• Designed multiple iterations of end effectors for a new robot. Designed a wafer carrier to use 300MM wafers
in new 450MM processing tools.

2. CROSSING AUTOMATION CADD ENGINEER SEP 11 TO JAN 12
• Working with Pro-E and PDMLink 9.1 to design and detail assembly, test, and reliability tooling for a
450MM Pod loader (FOUP Loader, Loadport etc.) to confirm functionality, reliability and conformance to
SEMI standards.
• Design, detail and test various injection molded, sheetmetal and machined parts for the aforementioned Pod
loader.
• Using Solidworks to design a lift mechanism to install 300MM Pod Buffer on top of EFEM after tool
installation at customer site. (Tool was too tall to ship).
