(a) Acting as the first point of call for Buyers and communicating with them on existing Orders, Samples &
Deliveries.
(b) Coordinating with Sampling deptt ensuring development of accurate Samples & their timely delivery with
respect to the target price given by the buyer.
(c) Doing accurate Costing & Pricing discussing with higher authorities.
(d) On order receipt, arranging all the details, getting the order processed accurately & checking the same in
detail.
(e) Holding proper TNA & Production File hand-over & Pre-Production meeting to ensure that the entire
team understands the product & order completion time.
(f) Coordinating with the Fabric deptt. For handing over the fabric & accessories folder on time. For bulk
purchase, giving Fabrics & Accessories approvals. Follow-up to ensure that TNA dates are met.
(g) Coordinating with the Production deptt. for giving first piece approvals, doing mid-line inspection with
Quality Auditor, Troubleshooting as & when required.
(h) Ensuring approval from Buyers for all Labelling & Packaging & that they are arranged in time.
(i) Ensuring that no short-shipment is made & customers are delivered quality product on time.
