Our client is one of the largest US based contract
manufacturers, importers, and distributors of apparel,
including men’s women’s and children’s apparel. The
company was founded in 1970 and is based in Columbus,
Ohio. They have grown from a cottage industry to a global
force in apparel sourcing and manufacturing. They have
manufacturing operations and joint ventures in more than a
dozen countries including China, Israel, Mexico, and Sri
Lanka.

Position : Compliance Auditor

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Schedule assigned audit visit
•Conduct annual integrated compliance monitoring visit and physical audits in the
factories producing company brands goods in the region.

•Responsible for the early identification of potential problems and timely resolution
through the implementation of appropriate courses of action.

•Maintain pending status report to satisfactory conclusions for all pending issues.
•Ensure submission of all audit reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
•Communicate company brands compliance programs, policies and procedures to
suppliers and factories to ensure the proper understanding and compliance of the
programs, policies & procedures.

•Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
•Diploma or higher in garment technology or related field.
•At least 6 years experience in the garment field (sourcing or quality
assurance) or compliance field (code of conduct).

•Extensive factory experience in the region preferred.
•Experience in non apparel products will be an added advantage
•Tenacity and persistency with good follow through skill
•Able to handle fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
•Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment
Requirements
•Able to listen, question and sniff a potential problem
•Strong problem solving and decision making skills
•Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Putonghua.

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by
the management.

• Head up a team of Merchandiser to manage production or offshore areas.
• Work with garment factories and fabric mills to achieve best prices.
• Work to ensure a seamless co-ordination with internal colleagues related to production
and development issues.

• Regional co-ordination with other offices production in terms of piece good allocation.
• Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job
responsibilities and objectives.

• Provide day-to-day operational direction to the merchandising staff to ensure customer
orders are filled and delivered on time.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To work with factories to ensure full c/o and labor compliance.
• Manage internal co-ordination with departments
• Monitor and ensure the quality and appropriateness of the customer’s production base to
ensure the best value costing and quality of merchandise.

• Market research
• Provide updated market information to customers in respect of style, fabrics, delivery and
production capacity, etc.

• Provide information on industry trends/developments that can be developed out of the Far
East through attention to world trends within the industry.

• Provide information of competitors’ activities within ability to access the market.
• Monitor suppliers and the production market to update market situation.
• Attend and participate in company operational meetings.

To improve business sales of the brand and maintain positive
partnership with US team and Customers. Manage the overall
development and production for the brand and align the
brand’s growth with business direction.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To understand, analyze & capture customer's business - their market position,
price bracket, products, merchandising & production culture and their work
approach.

• Provide operational direction to the production and merchant team to ensure
schedule is met from product development to receipt of goods by customer

• Proactively work with the fellow merchandising team, factory and technical team
to ensure quality on garments delivered

• Cultivate customer intimacy with buyers and production team at different levels.
Work on cost and margin analysis to achieve budgeted margin

• Involve in quota management - keep abreast of utilization rate, premium, and
making decision when and what quantity to purchase

• Manage raw material planning with launch mills, pad suppliers and major
components

In terms of the general Hong Kong work environment, Hong Kong is regarded
as the gateway into the China market has advantages of business transparency
and rule of law. Many multi-national and local companies having their head
office here, with the manufacturing and back-office functions located over the
border in places like Shenzhen.

Most Western executives who work in Hong Kong will notice several changes
to their working environment. You will find working week is longer- 50 hours a
week is not exception. Although English is usually spoken, most local staff will
communicate with each other in Cantonese and there will be some cultural
sensitivity to be mindful of.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• SAP and tech savvy Subject Matter Expertise for our Centralized Order
Management Services team in India-Bangalore

• Strong analyst who can revamp metrics on an ongoing basis to improve
measurement accuracy

• Process re-engineer expert who can perform on-ground diagnosis of inefficient
working habits, identify process inefficiencies and drives further process
streamlining (he/she must be someone experienced and credible enough to stand
up in front of business leaders to advocate changes even after project team and
SC are disbanded)

• Develop radar on best practices, proactively and continuously pursue
operations excellence

• On-ground local trainer who would drive curriculum, approach of job skills
training (vs. HR will support orientation and soft skills training) and also conduct
actual training
Requirements
•  From well established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies
and have been doing that in a structured environment, so that he/she can
bring best practices to the company

• Process re-engineering and operations management experience
• Strong communications skills (apart from tech and process savvy, as this is
a leadership role, he/she has to earn credibility in front of production
leaders, so has to be well verse and eloquent)

• At least 5 years of relevant experience on how to improve the order
process in SAP platform

Position : Human Resources Manager

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Primary responsibilities for human resources and ideally the position also includes
responsibility for certain Finance and Logistics matter.

• Act as the HR generalist and HR business partner to the Country Manager of India
• Manage Associate Relations, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management
and Wage & Hour administration for the office. Acts as cross-functional leader in
ensuring the office is working together as a cohesive team. Manage HR budgets, and
general HR administration.

• Ensure consistent administration and communication of all Human Resources
Compensation and Benefit policies and procedures for the office, ensure policies and
procedures are within legal compliance. Maintain strong understanding of India labor
laws and industrial law regulations.

•Manage the Annual Compensation Review process for the office. Provide Compensation
and Performance Management support.

•Facilitate communication, including crisis and contingency planning development and
execution.

•Oversee salary surveys for India region. Ensure office has accurate job descriptions and
titles that are aligned with regional and global thinking.

outsourced IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) services.

   The employment scenario was dominated by the services sector, creating 62.6% of the jobs

   created 17.5% jobs (India Labor Force). The unemployment rate remained around 10% in
   2010. However, rising inflation became a major concern, and measures to check it are being
   implemented. In 2010, the rate of inflation was around 8.6% (India Inflation Rate Change).

Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: •Schedule assigned audit visit •Conduct annual integrated compliance monitoring visit and physical audits in the factories producing company brands goods in the region. •Responsible for the early identification of potential problems and timely resolution through the implementation of appropriate courses of action. •Maintain pending status report to satisfactory conclusions for all pending issues. •Ensure submission of all audit reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner. •Communicate company brands compliance programs, policies and procedures to suppliers and factories to ensure the proper understanding and compliance of the programs, policies & procedures. •Perform related duties as assigned.

Manage the overall development and production for the brand and align the brand’s growth with business direction.

Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: • To understand, analyze & capture customer's business - their market position, price bracket, products, merchandising & production culture and their work approach. • Provide operational direction to the production and merchant team to ensure schedule is met from product development to receipt of goods by customer • Proactively work with the fellow merchandising team, factory and technical team to ensure quality on garments delivered • Cultivate customer intimacy with buyers and production team at different levels.
