Currently working as an AMM (Asst merchandising manager) since April 2015 till now and handling PD,
order management, costing and system implementation with the vendors.
1. Order management – Handling 200styles of woven blouse along with 4 senior merchandisers and
2 merchandisers. Closer of delivery, costing, shipment planning with the factories and agents.
Maintaining the WIP, bulk fabric follow up (in case of our nomination), production fit follow up
with the vendors along with merchandiser.
2. Product developments – developing samples from the factory and our sample room, prioritizing
the sample as per the monthly stories. Working closely with the fabric team for new fabric quality
development and sourcing. Fabric price negotiation with the mills.
3. Costing - Bulk price negotiation during production by working out the consumption and
negotiating with fabric mill for the rock bottom price. For expensive fabrics working closely with
our Quality team for the consumption and rejection.
4. System implementation - since we are a growing brand we are implementing new system for
integrity of the products. Example hiring of colorist , industrial engineers at factory, making

implementation of stocks ), planning of order execution as per factory’s strength.

Worked as a Sr. Merchandiser since May 2009 till April 2015 and handling PD to order execution.
1. Sample development- Making the proto sample after receiving the tech pack from customer.
Attending their fit meeting at far east i.e at Hong Kong. Make sales man sampling for the adopted
line. During order execution make the relevant sample like fitting, pre production and top of the
production samples.
2. Price negotiation - Being an agent negotiate price between factories and customer to get a good
profit, order booking and customer satisfaction.
3. Order confirmation – customer satisfaction in terms of bulk execution and price negotiation is the
main reason of ordered confirmation.
4. Sourcing- Place the product development as per factory’s strength for better execution. Source
new factory or increase the current vendor capacity by discussing the future increment of the
business. Coordinating with the factory to procure the correct material for the order execution.
5. Production planning and monitoring – fixing and following up the time and action planning for
smooth order execution. Capacity plan with the factory for seasonal order placement.
