1. My short
Film
Target Audience
Film1- I feel as though my target audiencewill bemostly teenagers and
people in their early twenties. This is becausethe main character that
my story is based around is in her lateteens. This means that the target
audiencemay be ableto identify with some of the traits that my main
character has. This does not necessarily haveto mean that they suffer
from seasonal affectivedisorder butshe is still a normal teenage girl so
people will relate.People with this order may also relateto some
aspects. Therefore, i feel as though the target audience will bein the
social category D and E, in terms of the social demographic scale. In
terms of the 4C's scaleI feel as though the target audience would be the
aspirer becausethey would always belookingfor ways to feel better
and to improve themselves.

Character Profile
Name: India
Age: 18
Gender: Female
How do they dress:In the summer, she dresses in brightcolours to reflect her happiness,in the winter, she dresses in
very dark colours, and this reflects her sadness and more depressivestate. The clothes that she wears, are very similar to
that of any 18 year old. For example, Jeans, Hoodies, Jumpers and T shirts.
Personality:In the summer, India is very “happy go lucky”and is very carefree. She is very caringand has a very good
moral compass. In the winter however, she is in a much more depressivestate and finds herself feelingextremely sad and
agitated.
Role in the Film: Throughout the filmIndia,is our main focus,we watch her on her journey throughout winter, and we
also seeher memories of a much happier time which causethe waves of depression for India.
How the audiencewill relateto them: I think that the audience will relateto India, especially if they suffer from a mental
illnessas they will knowhow she feels and hopefully give a sense of comfort to them to know other people suffer too.
