Hi Dheepa,
Once again, congratulations on your wedding and good luck with the exciting move to Australia. I am glad to
write a note of reference on your behalf:
It has been a large, important undertaking to establish the Analytical Resource Center for BASES analysts, and
Dheepa’s contributions to BASES North America over the past years is greatly appreciated. Dheepa has led a
large and fluid team while still fostering strong relationships with the NA
regions. Sitting in Parsipanny, I have had the opportunity to work with Dheepa most closely over the last year as
we worked together to change the organizational structure of the relationship, and incorporate more frequent touch
points for conversation and cooperation. Dheepa has been very open to feedback on the ARC structure and
performance, and offered concrete feedback and suggestions to Pars for ways CC analysts could work better with
ARC. She gives appropriate space to team members to voice opinions and initiate new ideas, and she patiently
bridges communication gaps by rephrasing and/or reiterating comments as needed. In instances where a CC
analyst’s problem with ARC needed to be escalated to Dheepa’s attention, she took quick action to remedy the
problem at once, but also ensured lessons-learned were captured for better performance going forward. It is no
doubt that the Par-ARC relationship is stronger over this past year, and I thank Dheepa for her leadership in this
effort.
Dheepa, many thanks again.
All the best,
Shannon

Thank
You!
Hi
Dheepa,
Thank
you
for
providing
an
update
on
your
future
plans
and
helping
to
organize
a
transition
plan
with
us
as
you
move
on.
I
wanted
to
take
a
quick
moment
and
thank
you
for
the
support
you
have
provided
to
our
region.
As
you
know,
we
formed
a
new
team
earlier
this
year
which
is
responsible
for
providing
better
framework
on
the
way
our
team
works
with
yours.
I
have
to
say
that
I
was
extremely
impressed
with
the
level
of
support,
optimism,
and
motivation
you
have
provided
to
help
drive
for
improved
results
and
better
business
interactions.
Since
our
teams
work
during
different
hours,
we
often
do
not
have
the
chance
to
communicate
on
the
latest
status
of
a
project
and
have
to
send
an
e-‐mail
at
the
end
of
the
day
asking
for
your
support
while
we
are
sleeping
so
we
can
meet
what
are
often
expedited
timelines
from
our
clients.
You
have
always
been
very
dependable
in
this
regard
and
without
this
kind
of
trust,
it
would
be
nearly
impossible
to
achieve
the
high
level
of
service
and
support
our
clients
demand.

Lastly,
I
also
wanted
to
thank
you
for
your
willingness
to
not
only
deliver
on
your
commitments
as
they
relate
to
your
core
responsibilities,
but
also
to
jump
in
and
provide
a
helping
hand
when
other
teams
are
in
need
of
help.
You
have
been
a
real
pleasure
to
work
with
and
I
wish
you
the
best
in
your
future
personal
and
professional
endeavors.
Hopefully
we
will
cross
paths
again
in
the
near
future.
Please
send
me
your

so
we
can
keep
in
touch.

To Whom It May Concern:
Dheepa was the leader of the support team at ARC which supported our region. As
the ARC Liaison for our region, Dheepa and I would work together to continually
improve the partnership between ARC and the Cinci Region.
Overall, I found Dheepa to be a great partner and change manager. She came into a
difficult situation where her team had undergone significant turn over, and had
lost a considerable amount of experience. Dheepa effectively brought her young
team up to speed in a short period of time. She also actively solicited feedback
so as to continuously improve upon performance, and then acted upon that feedback
quickly.Dheepa also suggested and implemented many thoughts on how to improve our
partnership, and was always thinking about how we could make the process better.
Finally, she was very accessible. She always made herself available when we needed
her, and responded to questions or issues very quickly. Overall, Dheepa did a
great job navigating the ARC team through a tough time of change.

Hi Dheepa,
I’m sorry to hear that you are leaving our BASES ARC team – it has been great working with you for the last
couple of months and I wanted to thank you for all the support you have provided our team. In particular, I have
really appreciated the readiness and eagerness to take on-board our feedback, and
your pro-active approach to providing solutions to any issues and concerns we have raised to you. I think overall,
this approach has facilitated a great working relationship, and also ensured that your team has developed quickly
into a high performing team who have ensured they’ve risen to every challenge we’ve asked.
Thanks again, it has been a pleasure working with you.
