Reference Letter
To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to recommend Brandon Edingburg as Project Manager for your
company. He has worked with me from Jan 5, 2015 to March 25, 2015 and I believe that he will
be the perfect candidate suitable for your office culture and for this position.
I first met Mr. Edingburg while he was working at my company Urban GIS as a
marketing intern, where he quickly made the transition to project coordinator after demonstrating
his aptitude with project management, leadership, and responsibility. For 3 months working for
my company until he left, he had performed with enthusiasm, professionalism, and willingness to
accept new challenges. Mr. Edingburg is a quick learner, reliable, hard worker, and a great
communicator.
He works with passion and has shown keen interest towards learning and asking
questions while also being proactive volunteering for new experiences, a prerequisite for a bright
and successful career. He lead and actively participated in team meetings and discussions thereby
enriching his knowledge as well as others understanding of it from a uniquely different
perspective. He has also helped on multiple projects in efforts to organize and bring efficiency to
my organizational structure and processes to reach quarter goals and company objectives.
Apart from his professional responsibilities, my staff and I have appreciated his maturity,
friendliness, honesty, and assertiveness. He has demonstrated his ability to quickly adapt to new
environments and work along side staff of all levels. I have had a great experience working with
Brandon and I’m sure he has a bright and successful future ahead of him.
Sincerely,
Keith Searles
