I am pleased to recommend Janice Williams for a position in your organization. She is a
tremendous asset and will have great value to your company.
Janice began working as a contractor for my Implementation/Training team in July 2014. Our
team was tasked with converting every Orkin Pest Control branch in America from their
outdated CRM system to a new, web-based system. Our team spent three weeks per month on
the road, working evenings and weekends as necessary, to ensure that every month a new branch
mastered the new system.
We are approaching the highly successful end of this project, so it is with both great satisfaction
and sadness that I must begin releasing staff as we wrap things up.
As the Project Manager, I have seen Janice become an integral part of our team. She has
established good relationships with colleagues, performed great training, and been solution-
focused in ensuring the smoothest possible transition for the branches with which she worked.
