  he	
  joined	
  Sanofi

Marketing	
   intern

   6	
   months.	
   We	
   quickly	
   identified	
   Laynet	
   as	
   someone	
   you	
   can	
   rely	
   on	
   and	
   with	
  
strong	
  commitment.	
  
	
  
	
   In	
  our	
  opinion,	
  Laynet's	
  main	
  strengths	
  are	
  twofold:	
  unique	
  team	
  player	
  and	
  ability	
  to	
  manage	
  
several	
  tasks	
  adapting	
  himself	
  to	
  different	
  and	
  challenging	
  situations.	
  
	
   	
  
	
   Indeed	
   his	
   positive	
   attitude	
   towards	
   challenges	
   together	
   with	
   his	
   contagious	
   and	
   vibrant	
  
behavior	
  transformed	
  event	
  the	
  most	
  conservative	
  people	
  around	
  him

  develop

  internal	
  website

  a	
  Sales	
  Marathon	
  project	
  
needing

  implication

  departments

  IT

  finance,	
  communication,	
  procurement,	
  etc.	
  
He	
  was	
  very	
  successful	
  in	
  this	
  assignment	
  as	
  he	
  managed	
  to	
  start	
  everything	
  from	
  scratch	
  and	
  inspired	
  
everyone	
   around	
   him	
   into	
   the	
   same	
   objective,	
   delivering	
   this	
   way	
   the	
   project	
   on	
   time	
   and	
   with	
   an	
  
outstanding	
  quality.	
  
	
  
	
   Additionally	
  Laynet	
  did	
  not	
  have	
  the	
  traditional	
  trainee	
  role.	
  He	
  had	
  to	
  overcome	
  the	
  challenge	
  
of	
  working	
  under	
  the	
  supervision	
  of	
  three	
  different	
  Marketing	
  Directors,	
  this	
  way	
  covering	
  the	
  totality	
  
of	
  Diabetes	
  portfolio	
  and	
  services.	
  It	
  was	
  a	
  great	
  pleasure	
  to	
  see	
  how	
  easily	
  he	
  was	
  able	
  to	
  change	
  form	
  
one	
  project	
  and	
  one	
  subject	
  to	
  the	
  other,	
  meeting	
  everyone	
  expectations.	
  Laynet	
  proved	
  to	
  be	
  a	
  very	
  
hard-­‐working	
   and	
   a	
   very	
   committed	
   professional	
   and	
   we	
   definitely	
   recommend	
   him	
   for	
   any	
  
marketing,	
  strategic	
  or	
  project	
  related

  • 1.                 To  whom  it  may  concern,       We've  known  Laynet  since  early  2016,  when  he  joined  Sanofi  and  worked  with  us  as  Diabetes   Marketing   intern   for   6   months.   We   quickly   identified   Laynet   as   someone   you   can   rely   on   and   with   strong  commitment.       In  our  opinion,  Laynet's  main  strengths  are  twofold:  unique  team  player  and  ability  to  manage   several  tasks  adapting  himself  to  different  and  challenging  situations.         Indeed   his   positive   attitude   towards   challenges   together   with   his   contagious   and   vibrant   behavior  transformed  event  the  most  conservative  people  around  him  into  motivated,  engaged  team   players.  For  example,  he  was  responsible  to  develop  an  internal  website  for  a  Sales  Marathon  project   needing  the  implication  of  different  departments  from  IT  to  finance,  communication,  procurement,  etc.   He  was  very  successful  in  this  assignment  as  he  managed  to  start  everything  from  scratch  and  inspired   everyone   around   him   into   the   same   objective,   delivering   this   way   the   project   on   time   and   with   an   outstanding  quality.       Additionally  Laynet  did  not  have  the  traditional  trainee  role.  He  had  to  overcome  the  challenge   of  working  under  the  supervision  of  three  different  Marketing  Directors,  this  way  covering  the  totality   of  Diabetes  portfolio  and  services.  It  was  a  great  pleasure  to  see  how  easily  he  was  able  to  change  form   one  project  and  one  subject  to  the  other,  meeting  everyone  expectations.  Laynet  proved  to  be  a  very   hard-­‐working   and   a   very   committed   professional   and   we   definitely   recommend   him   for   any   marketing,  strategic  or  project  related  functions.       Finally,  we  think  we  would  not  be  fair  to  Laynet  if  we  didn't  mention  his  true  passionate  spirit   and   people   related   skills.   This   is   true   in   all   experiences   we   highlighted   above,   and   in   several   other   cases,  and  is  definitely  a  crucial  trait  of  his  personality.  At  Sanofi  these  characteristics  were  perceived   as  extremely  positive  as  we  are  sure  never  to  forget  the  human  aspect  when  working  close  to  Laynet.         We   remain   at   your   disposal   if   any   additional   information   or   further   elaboration   is   needed   regarding  Laynet's  outstanding  achievements  when  working  at  Sanofi.         Sanofi  Diabetes  marketing  team  -­‐  AMESA  Region  (Africa,  Middle  East,  Eurasia,  South  Asia)     • SANOFI (AMESA) 82, avenue Raspail - 94255 Gentilly Cedex - Tel : 01 53 77 40 00
