The employees name is Nancy Reinhart and she has been with.pdfeyeattractionsindia
The employees name is Nancy Reinhart, and she has been with the bank for 7 years. Nancy
started as a teller at the bank, was quickly promoted to head teller and less than two years ago
was promoted to being the Assistant Manager. One of Nancys primary responsibilities is the
training and development of the account managers (members of the sales team) that report to her.
Over the past year, Nancy worked on developing a new promotion for the commercial accounts
with success. She has also been key in updating the policies that relate to health and safety of
employees and customers. Nancy has taken the time to develop her skills with the banks newest
software through online training; she also attended a 2-day seminar for new managers. For the
year that just ended Nancy exceeded her sales goal by 10%; customer satisfaction ratings
consistently give Nancy the highest rating and customers regularly request her by name for their
future needs. Despite Nancy always meeting her goals, the branch has not met its sales goals this
year. One year ago, Nancy had set a goal of updating the training program for the entire sales
team. That project has not been completed and training the team was delayed. In that time, the
overall branch sales have remained flat overall. Up until last year, Nancy was very active in the
United Way, met monthly with a local Women in Business group, and served over 50 hours
annually at the Chamber of Commerce as a business liaison. This past year though, Nancy has
stopped engagement with those organizations except for the United Way- although on a much
less active basis. Given this information, complete the performance evaluation template with the
mindset of highlighting her strengths and motivating her for the upcoming year..

Post Response # 1: Hey class, I would like to enlist the March of Dimes to assist with providing support for pregnant women and mothers of small children in my community. I love this organization because they believe that all babies deserve the best possible start. March of Dimes has been around for over 80 years and has helped millions of babies. They do allot to help educate people about best practices for expecting mothers and babies. When my close friend’s son was in the NICU, they helped provide her and her family comfort and support.
On Saturday, April 18th myself and three close friends will walk three miles at City Park to help to raise funds to support research, advocacy and programs for the health of all moms and babies. I did this last year as well and it was a blast! We bring our kids and come together to celebrate our experiences and beautiful children. It brings the community together and we help raise money.
CBO’s support the community. According to the U.S. Department of Education (2004), the term community-based organization (CBO) means “a public or private nonprofit organization of demonstrated effectiveness that (A) is representative of a community or significant segments of a community; and (B) provides educational or related services to individuals in the community.” Technology has become increasingly important to manage operations and develop solutions.
My Response:
Post Response 2: Hello Everyone, I have chosen the Autism Society as my community-based organization (CBO) to assist with providing services to autism in my community as this is an issue that hits close to home as a few of my friends have children with Autism. Living in small community Autism resources are not readily available as they are for cities at least 45 minutes or more away from our town. Shawano does, however, have an organization called Bridge the Gap, which does assist with this population. However, this is not enough. I would enlist the help of the Autism Society with funding to help this organization help even more people, provide services that are not yet available in the community, providing funding to not only the program but to families to afford these services and provide education for the community, among other items as well. The mission of the Autism Society of Greater Wisconsin is, “…to provide a community for individuals affected by autism, their families, and professionals who serve them. Our goal is to increase the quality of life for those affected by autism and respond to the emerging needs of the autism community” (Autism Society of Greater Wisconsin, 2020). With this mind, I would want these efforts to improve the lives of people and the families affected by autism by providing support, accurate information and resources, referrals, education, and community development. I would also enlist the help of community members and families affected by Autism to assist in writing lette ...

To Whom It May Concern:
I highly recommend Xingchen Liu for a position within your company. Xingchen Liu was a
Business Intern for our organization, INVISIBLE RIVER from September 19th – March 25th, 2016
working 20 hours a week on site at our performance events and in our office. Xingchen worked
on a range of projects during her six-month internship. She had a particular interest in learning
about the organization’s financial background, and during her tenure, performed bookkeeping
for the organization, learning two new software programs to do so, and collaborating with
myself and our the Co-Finance Chair of our Board of Directors. Additionally, she assisted our
Board Treasurer and myself, with gathering documents for our organization’s first financial
review. Xingchen is highly detailed oriented, very efficient and quite adept at organizing
financial information, and excelled at this work for our organization.
Xingchen also tackled leadership projects such as organizing our company’s move to a new
office in February 2016, purchasing furniture for the new office, setting up the transfer of
utilities, communicating with the landlord, and organizing and managing volunteers who
assisted us in setting up the new office. She showed creative capacity in this endeavor and
when problems arose she quickly found a solution to solve the problem. Day to day, Xingchen
assisted us in the office with administrative duties in areas that range from marketing,
fundraising, communications strategies, and office maintenance. She created company e-
newsletters and managed our social media channels, providing our fans updates. During our
year-end annual fundraising appeal, she organized a team of volunteers who collated our
mailing to donors. Upon receiving the donations, she set up and organized our new donor
management software, organized the information in this software, and managed donor
communication, thanking all donors for their gifts. Additionally, she has assisted the office in
organizing information for our utilities, government filings, and internal office filings.
In closing, I highly recommend Xingchen for a position for your company. She is a talented,
adept and hard working individual with a great capacity to learn and lead future projects and
initiatives. Should you have any further questions, feel free to call or email me. Thank you for
your time and consideration!
Sincerely,
Alie Vidich, Artistic & Executive Director
