To whom it may concern:
I am writing this letter to recommend Ji Kim for a position with your company. It has been a pleasure
working with Ji at Barons Media when she was quickly promoted from Reporting Analyst to Director
of Display Advertising and Reporting. Her work ethics, integrity and dedication is beyond compare.
There are many people who can be systematic but Ji is incredibly organized to the point where she
positively influences those around her to be organized as well. She is able to vocalize her thoughts and
make her presence felt in any team environment. There has been many times when she was the first one
in the office and the last one to leave. By utilizing her ideas and workflow plans, Barons Media
operated with increased organization and efficiency. In fact many processes were quite chaotic prior to
Ji's work. Her impact to the company continues to show as revenue has doubled and almost tripled on a
daily basis since she took the reigns as Director of Display Advertising. While getting acquainted with
her new position she was also able to simultaneously and effectively train another individual to take on
her prior duties. This proved the fact that Ji is an excellent leader. She is also a very quick and
intelligent learner. I can personally attest to this as she was able to quickly grasp a technical process
that is normally reserved for those with a background in computer programming. I have no reservations
in recommending Ji for any company. The company that she chooses to work with would be lucky to
