To Whom It May Concern:
I am extremely honored to write this letter of recommendation for Ryan Wilbraham
who I have known for approximately 4 years and directly managed for a year and a
half at Rackspace.
From day one at Rackspace, Ryan brought a very analytical, in-depth way of
attacking problems and data needs that allowed our team transition into true
subject matter experts that the entire company utilized. Specifically, Ryan built a
system used by C level executives to understand how the business was functioning
and built reports that allowed our Finance department to correctly close the books
each month. In addition, he was routinely brought into conversations around
improving processes and provided invaluable insight into systems and changes that
are still in place today.
As amazing as Ryan was at the Technical Business Systems Analyst roll, his most
valuable trait is his ability to connect with each person on a team and form a bond
that improves both teamwork and production. His passion for people is unmatched
and invaluable to any position that he takes on.
In my 13 years in the professional world I have not found a more dedicated person
to his work, family and friends. He would be a tremendous asset to any company or
team that is looking for a hard working, high producing and, most importantly, great
person.
