It is my pleasure to write this recommendation for John Ziaziaris. I have known John for four
years. We met at Corporate Express Document and Print Management and continued our careers
with Staples Print Solutions. John represented the sales organization and today I am Director of
E-Commerce for the North and West Regions. My role is to work side by side with our sales
team, engaging in selling opportunities and implementing new online ordering programs for our
clients.
John and I have worked together on several accounts but the one that stands out is the
implementation of a very large retail customer. John's commitment and strong work ethic led the
program to great success. This particular implementation involved all departments within their
corporate office in addition to almost 1000 retail stores. John worked closely with the client's
stakeholders in addition to the internal cross-functional team to understand the requirements and
develop the implementation plan.
I was impressed with John's ability to understand the full scope of the entire program and then
break it down into smaller phases with the implementation team. We were able to build upon
