Social contract - it’s ok to ask & it’s ok to say no
Look for the Value – in the individual, the
process or the product
Diversity of thought is needed

Act professionally, add value, try your best
Be bold with a bias for action, innovate and try
new things; turn failures into learning (“throw
me the ball”)
Speak up by initiating ideas and concerns as
early as possible; strive for no surprises
Have a plan & share the intent – the why; ask
me for more information as needed;
