  2. Multiple reality created when more than one person brings ideas to the table.Perspective comes from a belief that we mutually shape our reality.Involvement and participation help shape our work world.
  3. Value subjective since it considers the thoughts and influences from individual members of the group.We all have the ability to be influential shown through the roles people play.
  4. This communication model helps us to define our role in the organization in which we work.Essentially, an every man’s theory.Takes a critical look at organizations from the perspective of the individual.
