Casting
My casting is going to be 16-24 year olds, which is my primary targetgroup. My
models will be in the sophisticated smartlook, fitting in with many fashion
magazines. This will therefore be targeted towards the AB demographic, in
which the brief explains. The aim of my magazineis to appeal to people who
have a large interest in fashion, which will lead to them keeping up to date
with the latest fashion and read my magazine.
Media Language
I will need to include content in my magazinethat the AB demographic
audience will understand and be interested in which will lead to sales for my
magazine. This target audience will known to be very intelligent and
sophisticated therefore I will be able to usemore elaborated speech. However
I will also need to providebalance as my second magazine appeals to
teenagers aged 16 and abovetherefore will need to include speech that they
will also understand, nottoo elaborated as they may find the magazine
‘boring’ due to not understanding the language.
