IT Support Engineer
-Monitor IT systems to ensure high availability and ongoing capacity.
-Monitor backup for both end-users and servers.
-Monitor Bandwidth usage.
-Ensure all the IT support related needs of the business users are addressed in a timely manner.
-Support daily IT operation, backups,security and assistance to users.

-Diagnose and resolved hardware and software problem and network printers.
-Set up and Support of Computer Hardware and Software and network and associated peripherals,maintenance
troubleshooting and upgrade.
-Upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.

-Taking ownership of technical issues to resolve more advanced when necessary

Technical Service Engineer
My main responsibilities their is to work on field, we handle all HP products because Yutivo Corporation is
Authorized Service Provider of HP. We support such as Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Servers and etc. Doing server
rack mounting, cabling management, firmware updates,assemble and disassemble of it. Laptops, desktops and
printers issues.
3. I also experienced working as a Local OSS or On-Site Support Engineer of one of our clients name DSM Nutritional
Products Philippines Inc., because they dont have a Technical Support Team here in the Philippines. They hired
some Technical (on call) people at Yutivo and I am the one that chosen to be a Local OSS of that company. My task
there is just the same, to support end users being assisted also by their Helpdesk and Technical Team at Singapore
and China. Because this is a multinational company the main office is located at Singapore. We communicate thru
chatting and sometimes thru phone and Remote Desktop.
