Customer required a solution for managing big number of working
teams over the large territories through a set of branches. There
was also an interest in management of relationships with customers
and in the provision of an easy access to the services ordering.

Telesens has gathered customer’s requirements and conducted a
business analysis. As the result, the development of large scale
information system has started in 2014. First deployment was
performed in three months and covered the first part of customer
demands. Today the system consists of Customer Relationship
Management, Crew Management System with Geo-location, and
Customer Self-care Portal. System is integrated with external
service platforms: Twilio, Chase Payment, Quickbooks, SparkHost,
GoogleMaps, and GPS. The system is being further developed to
deliver new requested functionalities.
