My entire career revolves around growing large companies and startups through reinventing their product portfolio and go to market approach. I have done this in telecommunication, IT, online media, financial services and manufacturing. The results have ranged from designing and launching an €85m/year disruptive product (Vodafone Rete Unica) to building a €18m/year revenue practice from scratch for an IT Consulting startup. My strength is defining and executing a business strategy and driving results.
