This document outlines the scopes, knowledge, and responsibilities of a role including:
- Leading teams and project management while maintaining risk KPIs for department operations
- Ensuring compliance with Oracle's standard policies and procedures for risk operations
- Analyzing contract terms and conditions to determine acceptability and need for further negotiation
- Providing support to sales managers and VPs on deal negotiations within certain business lines
- Owning and driving regional projects and ensuring correct use of drafting tools and technologies
2. Lead Teams and Project Management while
maintain risk KPI of the department
operations.

determine which terms are acceptable and
which terms require further negotiation
3. Ensure a smooth working relationship with
other divisional Deal Management SSC
teams and assist them in meeting goals
Responsible for provide feedback/coaching
PEP, PIP to my directs to evaluate their
performance
Be responsible to align internal processes to
facilitate all guidelines and tools needed to
work successfully
4. Support Sales Senior Managers and VP on
additional line of business- on support
renewals/provider addendums, Linux
distribution agreements, Java, within NAMER with
their deals negotiation.
Provide continuous training about Oracle's
Business Practices and new project
implementations
Responsible for comply with different KPI's such
as SLA, Quality and accuracy of agreements
5. Own and drive regional projects
Responsible for ensuring the correct
usage of core drafting tools and
technologies
Responsible for the recruiting and hiring
employees for my team and other teams
when required

addendum, amendments, Java distribution BLRA,
TML and CDA/NDA drafted by my team for
internal customers in North America (USA,
Canada)
