Listed Derivatives Reconciliation:
 Involved in Trade reconciliation
 Responsible for reconciling brokerage on a daily basis for a various Brokers
 Responsible for the reconciliations for different options and recognizing the breaks (Trade and Cash
breaks) using various trading applications like Vista plus, GMI etc
 Reporting the daily break report to the client on a daily basis keeping the ETA intact
 Responsible for maintaining a daily internal report for the trade and cash breaks
 Cross trained among different sub processes being a critical resource.
REFERENCE DATA-Book Management Operations:
 Analyzing and recording and creating various trade Hierarchies, Departments & books which forms a
part of the investment bank-back office infrastructure.
 Setting up different transaction systems under Global book management, NTPA LD, NTPA NYK, SDS,
GMI, GLOSS FXMM etc which form a part of Reference data production control and management.
 Good knowledge in handling People Soft Global Book Manager Application which serves as wide
platform for managing books
 Preparing & presenting various reports to management. End of day checklist report to
client on daily basis
 Have built a rapport with the senior management by communicating the process report trackers and
check-lists on weekly basis and given updates to the client on weekly VCs and calls on weekly basis
 Experience of working in a transition process, wherein I had a chance to work with onshore and
successfully transitioned the process
User Acceptance Testing:
 Responsible for User Acceptance Testing for the product GBM. It includes testing the functional aspect
of the application, which serves as a platform for efficient trading by executing the test cases in a prod-
like environment.
 Rich Experience in Test Execution, Defect reporting, Defect tracking, Defect retesting & follow up with
IT team for the closure of the defect
 Integrated with development team and discuss the technical problems, reported Bugs and support the
team.
KYC Operation: Verifying, reviewing and updating the static data of various entities for the investment
