Black Spur Code of Behaviour (CoB)

VicRoads major concerns about log truck use of the Black
   Spur include speed, travelling on the correct side of the
   road, trucks meeting at tight corners and allowing traffic
   to pass.
In addition, there are a number of community concerns
   that can also be addressed by demonstrating that
   logging operators will try to meet community
   expectations wherever possible

In addition, there are a number of community concerns that can also be addressed by demonstrating that logging operators will try to meet community expectations wherever possible
