initiation conversations or
anything they need to do their job
well, they feel much safer.
We are living in a very complex
unpredictable time & people may
not be used to working from
home. So we can create structure
in an unstructured environment.
With the structure and
psychological safety in place it
allows your participants to focus
on the content.
