Receiving all original documents for the vessel and
arranging delivery orders according to our agent and
distribute it with our branches, follow up transit time
and arrival of vessels, scheduling and prioritizing delivery
orders to our clients, updating the system delivered
shipments pending, closed, etc, close follow up with
agents in case of penalties or amendments, checking
debit and credit notes before hand over it to the
accounting department, working very collaboratively
and very transparent with other company branches to
ensure the customers to provide them the best quality
of service, contacting agents in order to check shipment
status condition.
