• Extracting reports of the customers whose shipment is arriving in upcoming Vessel in ports such as Douala, Libreville, Malabo, Bata.
Report comprises each shipments; shipper, consignee and their contact details. This report is taking in order to send arrival notices
to customer via email, fax and sms.
• Performing data quality (DQT) checks on the previous mentioned report in order to ensure all the contact details of customers in our
Company's database are accurate. This will help us to send Arrival notices to the right parties.
• Filing Import Manifest to Gabon, Cameroon customs authorities through Sydonia systems.
• Sending Dunning letters to customers who have defaulted in picking up the containers from the destination port.
• Sending Dunning letter to those customers who have not yet returned the containers after picking the containers even after the
approved free time.
• Compiling and preparing reports which is requested by Front Office as an ad hoc request.
• Following up with OPS colleagues at transshipment port if the containers are not being loaded from transshipment port even after 7
days of standard free time.
