Ocean Imports
• Co-ordinating with counterpart on placing booking with shipping lines for FCL
shipments and nominate the co-loader for LCL shipments.
• Following up for Ex-works rates from counterpart and sending to Sales team or
quoting directly to customers.
• Negotiate the freight rates with shipping line based on the market price and
confirming the booking.
• Follow up for shipping documents from counterpart and sending the documents to
Consignee along with vessel schedule.
• Sending cargo arrival notice to customers.
• Follow up of shipping line/co-loader for invoices.
