trailer to over 19K per 28 ft trailer. Resulting in daily savings of 40K/day.
Terminal Manager (multi-site)
• Managed two 70-door locations with combined workforce of 5 managers, 2 administrators, and
42 freight professionals
• Oversaw customer service, local sales, and the budget for both facilities.
• Oversaw all DOT and OSHA compliance policy and procedures. First manager to pass BIT
inspection. DOT used our facility to train officers as a result. Reduced OSHA violations from 7 to
0 in one year.
• Increased revenue from $30M to $33M, a 10% increase in one year.
• Redesigned routes, improving efficiency, safety and reduced toll expenses, resulting in a
20/hour day savings in overtime or 150K per year and over 50K per year in tolls.
• Reduced shipments on hand 83% per day from 30 to 5.
