at Centenary College. “My staff would literally cry if it
was gone.”
Centenary College consolidated their complex system of
spreadsheets into the Radius event management module,
allowing them to improve cross-campus collaboration and
communicate with prospective students more effectively.
Recruiters utilize custom views based on their specific needs
and can pull their own reports. And, the admission team
now customizes their marketing campaigns and provides
personalized emails to different target groups.
Centenary College also uses Radius to track applications,
upload documents, and strategically store information from
a single location to better control the process. “People and
items are always changing, and Radius easily adapts to these
changes,” says Crisman.
Finding Freedom for the Future
Since implementing Radius, Centenary College has been
able to strengthen their recruitment processes. “Radius has
made it easier to track and contact more students,” says
Crisman. “Our staff used to work seven days a week in order
to manage our prospects. Thanks to Radius, we have our
weekends back.”
In addition, Radius’ web-based interface increased overall
productivity by allowing staff to access the system from home
or while traveling. And, the system reduced time-consuming
tasks such as importing name purchases. “Importing used
to take four to seven hours per day. Now it is quick,”
Crisman says.
Lastly, the flexibility and agility of the system has improved
job tasks since staff can handle the system within their
department. “Radius was natural and understandable. It was
very easy to learn without IT background,” Crisman says.
