2. Introduction
Educational institutes are the reflection of the society. Student is product like a sample
Acquisition of information, skill this achievement brings permanent change in behavior termed as
learning. Motivation is often considered the driving force behind learning when motivation is
given outside then this is called extrinsic motivation; Extrinsic motivation means that the
individual's motivational stimuli are coming from outside or simply around environment . In
other words, our desires to perform a task are controlled by an outside source. The most well-
known and the most debated motivation is money.
Acceptance: We all need to feel that we, as well as our decisions, are accepted by our
co- workers.
Curiosity: We all have the desire to be in the know.
Honor: We all need to respect the rules and to be ethical.
Independence: We all need to feel we are unique.
Order: We all need to be organized.
Power: We all have the desire to be able to have influence.
Social contact: We all need to have some social interactions.
Social Status: We all have the desire to feel important

3. Statement of the Problem
Poor academic performance leads to a student having low self-esteem
and causes stress on the parents. Effective learning gives significant
results not only to society but also to individual. Literacy level goes up
like anxiety level raises. Competence, which is viewed in terms of
knowledge, skill and abilities gained during the term on a program, is
believed to be a reflection of academic performance (Beswick, 2006).
Anecdotal evidence indicates that employers today emphasize the
importance of good academic grades for various job positions.
Consequently, universities around the globe are under pressure to adopt
strategies that will enable them generate competitive graduates for the
job market. This implies the need to understand the factors that enhance
learning and brilliant academic performance of university students.
Previous researches have investigated the impact of factors such as age,
gender, class standing, and entry requirements on students’ performance
in business programmes (Arbaugh, 2000; Schwartz & Hanson, 2006).
4. OBJECTIVES
1. To find out positive effect of universities students’ attitude towards society.
Truthfulness
Honesty
Obedience
Respect for elders
Earn Livelihood through fair means
2. To determine usefulness has a positive effect on universities student’s attitude towards using
knowledge and expertise in existing System.
3. To examine the relationship between learning environment and performance in social life
4. The demographic characteristics of the students in relation to learning styles
5. Differences in student motivation, attitude, and achievement in relation to learning styles,
6. Relationships among student achievement, learning styles, and selected variables in learning.
5. Delimitation
This study is delimited to the Male and
Female students of Masters Level in
Universities of Punjab and Azad Jumo
and Kashmir
6. Research Methodology
The study examined the attitude of students towards learning
attitude in selected universities. Specifically the study looked at
the relationship between attitude and learning with studying and
learning environment. Questionnaire and observation sheet will
be used to collect data from a sample of postgraduate and
undergraduate students. Statistical techniques used for the
analyses of data. Also, attitude influences the intention to
use of existing learning system.
