Primary Responsibility
Ensure the efficient and reliable operation ofprocessing and packaging equipment.This includes troubleshooting,
problem identification,maintaining,testing,installing and conducting all mechanical repairs on all ofthe processing
and packaging equipment.Specific emphasis on the ability to troubleshootelectrical/controls systems.
Key Responsibilities
 Supervises,directs,and holds accountable the maintenance work crews to perform planned /emergency
maintenance.
 Evaluates and assesses hourlypersonnel to determine training needs and develops employees to improve
their maintenance skills.
 Responsible for assessing maintenance impacton line performance with respectto improving uptime,thru -
puts,waste,Package Material losses,and productquality.
 Accurately input and update the computerized maintenance system on a daily basis for the responsible
shift.
 Accurately maintain the labor tracking system on a daily basis for the responsible shift.
 Communicate dailyactivity of work order status with Planners,Production Supervisors,and coordinate the
shift-to-shifthandoff.
 Lead troubleshooting activities with work crews and utilize all available resources to correct maintenance
issues in an expedientmanner.
 Responsible for the execution of shiftplan for planned work orders,PM, training,and Capital Projects.
 Responsible for PM development,identifying key parts inventory, and maintenance budgetmanagement
Qualifications
Qualifications
 BS degree in Electrical,Mechanical Engineering or related field with appropriate work experience.
 3-5 years maintenance experience.
 2 years of supervisoryexperience in manufacturing required.
 Must be able to work any shift,weekends and overtime as needed.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

2.  Proven experience in coaching and developing teams.
 Knowledge ofelectrical and PLC programming highlydesirable.
