Job Description :
Operating & maintaining the IN, Voucher System, Prepaid reporting system and
announcement platforms - Ericsson Charging System CS 5.0 (CRS, NGCRS, VS,
AIR, IVR, CADE, Mediation zone, Etopup& EMM).
Responsibilities:
Apply the work orders on the IN charging servers such as AIR,
Voucher,CRS,IVR,CADE,ECE,webcc,EMM,).
Provide support for site interventions (6th of October, sawwah and obour) to apply a
new upgrades or extensions.
Communicate with commercial team in order to secure the new offers and tariffs
preparations.
Perform duty activities and planned actions during low traffic (night actions).
Update the databases for incidents management and service architecture.
Troubleshoot the problems and customer complaints in order to solve them.
