It can be concluded that test construction requires
knowledge of the course on which an examination
syllabus is based. There should be an agreement
between the learning outcome objectives and the
testing technique used to assess a learning
objective.
The taxonomy used should be determined by the
nature of learning outcome. Not all learning
outcomes are observed by only pencil and paper but
in the psychomotor and affective domain they can be
observed by observations and recorded for the long
time. Performance tasks can also be observed by
observations.
