Ms. Hannah Murray was employed at Golfsmith International, located in San
Carlos California, from August 2011 to August 2013. During that period Ms. Murray,
held progressive positions within the organization and reported directly to me in
my position as Operations Manager.
During that time Hannah provided a quality of performance that met and
often exceeded the expectations of the Managerial Staff.
Beyond the normal expectations of attendance, flexibility in scheduling and
positive interaction with both customers and fellow staff members, Hannah
demonstrated a professional poise, which contributed to the success of the store
meeting its various performance goals.
On more than one occasion I received positive feedback, from customers,
concerning Hannah’s patience and commitment to detail in her role as a Custom
Fitter. Hannah takes the time to listen to a customer’s requests and is pro-active in
approaching them on the sales floor.
During slower times, at the store, Hannah stayed active with self-directed
activities such as stocking and general maintenance of the sales floor.
Hannah works well both as an individual as well as a member of a team and
did not become involved in staff related drama or gossip.
