1. I would like to submit my qualifications in consideration for the position Marketing, Public
Relations and Social Media Coordinator. I have graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler
with a degree in marketing. I am interested in this position because my work experiences as an
opening new accounts for new customers, tracking trends, consulting customers, ensure customer
satisfaction, I can offer problem solving skills, set-up strategic planning, promote and market
services, Customer Focus, and knowledge of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google
Plus and more.
As Z Ambassador for ZVRS, I work with deaf clients or customers. I give examples to them how
the video phones work, I open account, set profiles and download video phones for them. They
are very satisfied. I use Customer Relationship Management to monitor for any problem or
updates. That keeps customers instant customer services for our customers or clients. I also
installed equipment. I set up event at one of trade show at Deaf Festival.
I ran test operation on printed circuit boards to ensure their function to meet their specification
for XeTel Corporation. I trouble-shoot printed circuit boards that do not meet the specifications. I
also trained new employees. I followed the design schematic to its specifications by complying
with each company’s requirements. I put parts on printed circuit boards on way to be finished
group.
As the appointed business manager for the Class of 1984 in TSD school, I inspected inventory
before and after the sales to ensure the accurate report. I recruit, train, instructs the volunteers to
run the sugar shack from August to May, 1982-83. I supervised clean crew. My challenge was
winter. I adjusted by adding hot chocolate. I got my customers lined up for hot chocolate. I
monitor cash flow every day.
During my student days at the University of Texas at Tyler, I worked many marketing-related
projects and I did my public speaking for full four years.
I co-found the SouthCentral Deaf Bikers, the non-profit organization. It ran Toys for Tots
campaign at the Harley Davidson store at Brake Lane, Austin, Texas.
