being, connecting self-identity with a higher & deep purpose
and pushing limits to the true potential. but it is not only about

sticking to it even when no one does

We as a team, know how much human energy is contagious,
so we share the positive one. Just like everyone, we want to
achieve great things and we want to be recognized for that...
but also, as humans, we are conscious that relationships with
other people really matter. so we are always committed to
others' well-being, empathy to others, Optimism, humor... This is
the way we share positive energy and we keep motivation at its
highest

As a team, we care about how the team is working together...
so we offer a Psychological safety environment where everyone
feels safe to take risks around others. We all feel confident that
no one on the team will embarrass anyone else for admitting a
mistake, asking a question, or offering a new idea. we all feel
safe bringing up problems and tough issues. Nobody is rejected
by others for being different. and it is always easy to ask other
members of this team for help.

We, as a team, believe that learning is a Lifelong Habit.
Everyone is a student and a teacher responsible for developing
himself & others and owning passionate pieces of training. Our
Learning process is based on benchmarking ourselves
objectively versus the very best internally and externally.

We as a team, we work everyday to build trust, build teams and
build network. This is what helps us to strengthen relationships

We, as a team, care about each other without getting into the
trap of overprotecting. We believe in empathy and curiosity
toward each other as a central element of our culture.
Therefore we can all provide the needed support and help.
By opposition, we have no place for egocentric mindset and we
don't tolerate Complaining, Comparing, Competing or the
Chronic Interrupters, Who needs to always be right.

We, as a team, believe in a team-first culture,
where everybody thinks "we before me". We
believe in a culture where feedback is a gift and
we do not fear facing conflicts as long as we
know how to manage them gently, keep the trust

challenges and get stronger.

We as a team are conscious that trust is key to moving faster
as a team. So we make sure everybody contributes to Building
trust every day. We know how easy it is to lose it and very hard
to get it back. one way to strengthen it is by increasing

transparency results in a deep sense of insecurity...

as a team, we don't build a castle of sand. instead, we always
choose the harder right to build long-term solutions. So we all
