commercialisation and standardisation of know-
how and provision of resources.

PRODUCT
Who will invoice whom and for what?
Each Umbrella invoices its clients in its
country for integrated marketing services.
Umbrellas invoice each other (tax and
legal safety plan) at prices they agree
upon (offshoring).
Each entity/person that buys know-how
(mainly methods) and resources using the
platform pays to the owner of the method
or resource.
Global and regional businesses pay
for invoices for a coordinated
services provided by various
Umbrellas all over the world.
The value is built by structural
diversification (a local Umbrella may
open branches in neighbouring
countries, a cascade).

MODEL

The model of a local Umbrella is primarily an
INTEGRATOR (it purchases various services
and products to carry out projects for its
Client).
The local Umbrella may also create its own
operational resources and offer them for
example to the other Umbrellas on preferential
terms.
The system involves the franchise model,
navigator model (commercialisation of
knowledge) and even the MLM model
(supranational leaders).

STRATEGY
Three big steps over several years
After we establish at least 5 branches: New Zeeland, Young
Africa, Kazakhstan, China, the USA, and also the Arabian
Peninsula (or rather Iran) and build the platform for
exchanging methods and process control (projects, CS,
funds), we will achieve the first milestone.
The second is global acceleration: an Umbrella in every
important country and perfection of the platform.
The third step will be to replace limited liability shares with
stock and create a public property for example on the
stock exchange in Amsterdam.

COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT
We are all interconnected
The platform is available to both small or
highly specialised agencies (such as PR, web
design, creative boutique) that want to expand
their offer and end-customers who will be able
to purchase a project after going through
methods and offers.
That's why the only competition is the largest
global or continental marketing agencies
because Umbrella will be capable of handling
global projects as well. These companies,
however, do not have so many crowdfunding
income models in their structures.

We sign two contracts: one for your Umbrella, in
which you are 70-80% as the main owner. It's
your business!
Second agreement for cooperation between HQ
in Amsterdam (central Umbrella) and your
company. On the same agreement we deal with
licensing and harmonization issues.
Over time, you can become a shareholder in a
central company.

Each entity/person that buys know-how (mainly methods) and resources using the platform pays to the owner of the method or resource. Global and regional businesses pay for invoices for a coordinated services provided by various Umbrellas all over the world. The value is built by structural diversification (a local Umbrella may open branches in neighbouring countries, a cascade).
