2. History
• Founded in 1999 to Capture and Grow The Hydraulic Adaptor Market in South
Africa.
• In 2004 W.H.A KZN was formed to enhance the growth and service levels in Durban,
KZN.
• We were able to capture a segment of the market in S.A by stocking an extensive
range of product and having experienced expertise.
• We have over the years added new products to our range and will continue to do so
to be able to offer the customer a one stop shop.
• In 2014 W.H.A Carolina in Mpumalanga was formed to service the mines in the area.

• We would like to be recognized as one of the best Hydraulic Companies to Deal
with.
• We are expanding our footprint on a larger scale in South Africa, dealing with
the OEM and Mining industries.
• To expand and capitalize on the opportunities and Growth of the rest of Africa
by creating a footprint in certain countries.
• To create and nurture long lasting relationships with People including our Staff.
• People are the Key to our success, look after people and they will look after the
