The main business is to manufacture and supply

• The company intially started as a Partnership firm
in year 2009 with an objective of supplying coil
springs to the engineering ansd automobile
industries. Due to its consistency in quality and
meeting delivery schedules it soon established
itself as a reputed supplier with all its customers.

of Shri. Kailas Baride, Managing Director and the team
work of its dedicated and hardworking members.
• OSI manufacture a wide range of coil springs of different
specifications. To achieve this, the organisation has
sophisticated and state-of-the-art machineries; quality
testing instruments, guages, etc. It has extra capacity built-
up to cater extra work load.
• The members are given regular training to upgrade their
skill and competency in operation of plant and
machineries, understanding of product, quality aspects and
inspection methods. This help in consistent manufacture of
precision components with tolerance in micron.All this
