•   The retained solution is designed to give the client a cost effective and comprehensive recruitment
    solution with an unmatched success rate. When a client adopts this service they can be rest
    assured that a structured approach is implemented to achieve the best results fast, on a long term

•   Your Progressive Practice Manager will manage the Progressive resource and delivery consultants
    to ensure key deliverables are met and that your objectives are achieved upon completion of the
    mandate. This resource includes:
•   1 Understand the opportunity and allocate exclusive resources
•   We spend time with you, getting a detailed brief – position, company culture, required skills and
    experience. We like to meet the hiring manager/job owner, not just HR. We work to fully
    understand your needs, and get under the skin of the challenge you need us to help you tackle.

•   Once the requirement in understood we offer you the exclusive commitment of a dedicated
    resource team who will spend all of their time to search and select the most suitable candidates for
    the specification

•   2 Devise an action plan
•   We analyse the information we’ve gathered, and draw up a detailed plan of action for you. We help
    you act quickly, which is often critical, and continue to deliver in a time-conscious manner
    throughout.
•   We also assign an international team to your search where appropriate, and share information
    openly with you.

•   3 Engage candidates
•   We cover the market to identify the best individuals with the best skills. We also contact those who
    may know them to be sure we have left no stone unturned. We work to engage those qualified
    individuals and bring forward only those who would best fit our client’s needs and culture.

•   4 Long-list & Shortlist
•   From the afore-mentioned process, we draw up a long-list.
•   We create a formal and detailed interview report for each individual, and share this with you. This
    clearly sets out their skill set and key experiences, motivations, work status, salary expectations
    and mobility – all in direct relation to your position. From this we can offer you a reduced list of 3
    candidates based on suitability and combined with likelihood of acceptance of offer.

•   This is provided pre-interview to explain the reasoning behind the shortlist of candidates, as well

•   Following the interview the practice manager will facilitate detailed candidate feedback in a timely
    fashion, inclusive of asking the candidate to fill out an interview feedback form explaining his
    thoughts.

•   After the candidate accepts your offer, we stay involved. We help them resign their current position

•   8 Weekly Progress Report & Business Analysis
