OBJECTIVE:
I am looking for an Oracle project that will utilize my skills and experience in implementing, upgrading, and
managing projects. In using my analytical skills, I have assisted several clients for over 21 years in developing their
business processes to utilize the Oracle ERP software. I have performed numerous upgrades and implementations
for GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, INV, PA, eBusiness Tax, HR, PR, OTL, iExpense and iProcurement Modules. My
industry experience ranges from several government, distribution, consulting, insurance, and manufacturing
companies.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
October 2015 to December 2015

Financial Lead
This project was to assist bringing a company they purchased in United Kingdom and merge them into their existing
Oracle 12.1.3 instance. They utilize GL, AP, AR, PO, INV, OM, BOM, & eBusiness Tax. My responsibility is to setup
and test the Inventory Intercompany process to record logical intercompany AR & AP entries between multiple
operating units. Secondly, worked on creating proper INTRASTAT reporting for the United Kingdom, Germany, and
France. Third, created MD010 documentation on the extension of the Intercompany Transfer Pricing package for the
new United Kingdom entity. Also, created CV040 documentation for the conversion of the UK Open AR transactions
into Oracle Receivables. Finally, assisted with issues in processes being used by Finance department and supply
management teams. The client is a global manufacturing company.
September 2012 to June 2015
Boeing Seattle, WA
Functional Integration Lead
This project was an implementation of version 12.1.3. They utilize GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, Cash Management,
Projects, and eBusiness Tax. My responsibilities were to assist client team with implementing there international
business for all these modules in United Kingdom, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Japan,
Israel, India, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Also developed a tool that included a requirements gathering
questionnaire that produced a configuration document for each module listed above. These documents then
were used to program automated scripts to perform the configurations. This took configuration process time
from 3 weeks to 12 hours. Boeing is putting their entire international business on Oracle and then interfacing
the ledger results to their current US Peoplesoft system for internal and external reporting. The client is a
global aerospace and defense manufacturing company.

Functional Lead
This project was an upgrade from 11.0.3 to 12.1.3. They utilize GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Projects.
My responsibility was to design, modify, and implement several Subledger Accounting rules for transactions
coming from Projects, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, & Accounts Receivable. They required extensive re-
work of the SLA rules to help with the statutory requirements needed for 64 different countries in 104
different operating units. The client is a global business & management consulting company based in
Manhattan NY.

Functional Lead
The scope was to provide Functional support on their current R12 GL, AP, AR, Cost Management, & Projects
modules. The main focus was on the sub-ledger accounting setups which were creating incorrect accounting, from
the Payables, Receivables, Inventory (Cost Management) and Project modules. I worked with technical resources to
get the original sub-ledger accounting workflows to produce the proper accounting entries from each module. I
utilized the sqldeveloper tool to be able to search tables and run query scripts. This was used to help work with the
technical resources on technical issues. Also, provided assistants with business process re-development and
worked on issues that have developed from the original implementation. DRS is a leading supplier of integrated
products, services, and support to military forces, intelligence agencies and prime contractors worldwide. Focused
on defense technology, the Company develops, manufactures and supports a broad range of systems for mission
critical and military sustainment requirements, as well as homeland security.

Functional Lead
This project was an upgrade from 11.5.2. o 12.0.3. I was responsible for assisting with the implementation of the GL,
AP. AR, FA, & CM modules. My main responsibilities were to work with the developers in getting all of the financial
data converted from their multiple legacy systems and Oracle 11.5.2. Second, I developed, implemented, trained
users, and converted legacy data for the Fixed Assets module. Another responsibility was to work with the Finance
department verifying that the sub-ledger accounting setups were producing the proper accounting distributions and
training them on how the new sub-ledger accounting process worked. I also utilized the sqldeveloper tool to be able
to search tables and run query scripts. I utilized this to help work with the technical resources on conversion issues.
Finally, I assisted with the training and creation of the project documentation of all the Oracle R12 Financial
Modules. Genband is a global leader of IP infrastructure and service solutions, helping fixed, mobile and cable
service providers around the world evolve communications networks through IP innovation.

Functional Lead
The scope was to create a plan to move the Cedar Rapids production line to the plant in Oklahoma City. The
modules were GL, AP, AR, & FA. I was responsible for creating an inventory organization and convert the
manufacturing processes for the new plant. Developed training material for the finance department and assisted
with the data conversion from one inventory organization to the new inventory organization. Also, was
responsible for performing all the necessary Oracle 11i financial, costing, & supply chain setups needed for this
transition.

The scope was to implement Oracle Financial & Costing Modules version 11.10.5.2. My duties were to perform as

I assisted with the merging of the Oracle Finance instance that was on one server with a separate HR
instance, which was on a separate server. My duties was to assist with the Project Management, give
guidance to financial & purchasing support teams in re-implementing the Financial & Supply Chain Module,
verify with the IT Developers on the conversion of all customizations performed on the Financial Instance, and
assist with the conversion of all data from the Finance Instance to the combined instance.
I also performed the upgrading of Oracle Finance (GL, AP, FA, PO, iProcurement, Cash Management, & iSupplier)
modules from Version 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.1. My duties were to assist with the Project Management, identifying new &
changed features of the new release, and assisted with the testing and training of the new release. Extensive
redesign and implementation of the Fixed Assets module was performed.
Finally, I assisted with implementing Oracle Internet Expenses & Oracle AR. My duties were to assist with the
Project Management, perform requirement analysis (current business processes), and develop new business
process flow.

I upgraded Oracle HR, Payroll, SSHR, GL, AP, Projects, and PO Modules from version 10.7 to 11.5.7. Also, I
implemented the Oracle Grants and iProcurement modules. My duties were to upgrade the HRMS modules and
assisted with the financial modules. Other duties included assisting with the new implementation of the Oracle
Grant’s module. We were able to get the school systems Grant process, which provides all of their funding, put on
Oracle’s Projects module. This allowed them to track all of the payroll expenditures to the proper Grant so they
could be reimbursed the funds in a more-timely manner.

My duties was to assist with the Project Management, give guidance to financial & purchasing support teams in re-implementing the Financial & Supply Chain Module, verify with the IT Developers on the conversion of all customizations performed on the Financial Instance, and assist with the conversion of all data from the Finance Instance to the combined instance.
