MB Fine Homes is a premiere custom home building company in northern Arizona. Creatively utilizing
reclaimed wood materials in their custom product offerings, MB Fine Homes has established itself as the
industry leader in the state of Arizona and the southwest relative to utilization of reclaimed wood materials.
The project that Greg managed was a $6M custom home in Flagstaff Arizona where reclaimed timber, log
siding, barn wood and barn beams were integrated into the home giving the home a distinct “period” look of
approximately the 1850’s, but furnished with all the modern and most innovative conveniences available in
the marketplace today.
• Orchestrated day to day operations of a $6M reclaimed custom home project within the private
development of Pine Canyon in Flagstaff, Arizona
• Responsible for schedule tracking and achieving progress goals for project completion.
• Managed all sub-trade activity and quality control on project site.
• Tracked project via weekly reports including extensive photography outlining weekly progress for MB
Fine Homes and the project owner.
• Implemented a smart home automation system within the home that exceeded a $200,000 value.
• Collaborated successfully with the project architect, structural engineer and project owner regarding all
aspects of the construction of the home and implementation of creative ideas that customized the home
to better suit the owners needs during the progression of the project.

-Vice President of Community Development and Maintenance Operations
Pine Canyon is a luxury, private, planned community featuring a Golf Digest award winning, Jay
Morrish designed golf course and Gold Nugget award winning clubhouse. Development product within
Pine Canyon varies from 0.5 - 1 acre estate lot parcels to condominium and town home properties as
well as single family home offerings.
Development Product:
• Estate Lot values range from $100-600k
• Condominium product values range from $450-700K

• Orchestrated the planning phase of subdivision and roadway construction projects, including the
approval process with the City of Flagstaff for subdivision and roadway development. This process
included close interaction and supervision of architects, surveyors and engineers as well as working with
city staff for ultimate approval of these projects by the City of Flagstaff Planning & Zoning Commission
and City Council.
• Coordinated the implementation and construction of eight approved subdivision and roadway
construction projects within Pine Canyon.
• Supervised general contractors who were hired to construct residential product, golf club amenities and
roadways within Pine Canyon.
• Chairman of the Architectural Design Review Committee, implemented through the Homeowners
Association for the purpose of reviewing and approving private estate lot custom home projects for
construction within the development.
• Served as Secretary on the PC Village Home Owners Association Board.
• Worked closely with the Home Owner Association management company relative to budgeting,
violation monitoring and management.
• Directed the construction of a $7M recreation facility known as Camp Pine Canyon. This facility is part
of the golf club amenities.
• Oversaw the final phase of construction of the Gold Nugget award winning Golf Clubhouse which
completed construction at a cost of $20M.
• Prepared budgets for all projects ranging from subdivision and roadway planning budgets, construction
phase budgets, golf maintenance budgets, clubhouse/facility maintenance budgets, HOA budgets and
Park Maintenance budgets.
• Implemented and managed an internal construction company known as Pine Canyon Master Builders, a
licensed company tasked with building developer product within Pine Canyon.
• Oversaw the construction of over $100M in roadway, development and golf club related improvements.
• Orchestrated the construction of three high end custom homes. Construction cost for all three homes
exceeded $7.5M.
• Oversaw the implementation and operation of the Pine Canyon Design Center.
