taking medications for depression and the number are continuing to rise. Just

assaults 1 of 6 women and 1 of 33 men are reported rapes. A home is invaded
violently every 15 seconds in the United States. Hunger information are this In
2011, 50.1 million Americans lived in food insecure households, 33.5 million
adults and 16.7 million children. And I will continue to more information in future
blogs about our sickness. In this section I know it is mostly facts but you need to
keep being reminded that there are effects and causes of our actions.
Your Digestion

2. You have been feed nothing but bull shit for hundreds of years from the cause
and the reasons. The few who like you to believe they care about you is a lie. You
have been given information that you are unable to digest and for this reason you
sick emotionally and physically and mentally. The crap that has been on your
plate for a long time is rotten and the powers at be keep refreshing the smell with
nice smelling scents. After watching the recent movie Abraham Lincoln it made
me sick. This movie after watching it should make you sick to your stomach. After
watching this really amazing movie you should run to the bathroom and throw
up. The vomit that you are throwing up would come from your sub conciseness.
The recent coach of Rutgers coach Mike rice firing was publicized as an event but
the true event is that we as culture have allowed this behavior from our leaders’
educators and bosses. We have not been educated in the truth of compassion but

anything they do wrong.
The Healing

3. Meditation, self awareness practice the way of bushido and universal energy and
faith can heal us. These practices have been given to us since our planet cooled
from formation of it being a hot lava rock. We have an opportunity to create and
define the self in living action of the practice. Sooner or later the practice brings
benefits. You have to be patient and I understand as a teacher for over 35 years
that it takes time. Even in my own personal practice there is a struggle and
conflict that arises often. I know that is the process of development. “One must
break down to break through.” You will see how even a single moment of practice
in the healing actions has immediate benefits. I believe in my soul that healing can
lead to deeper possibilities of liberation.
Over time the cleaning should bring some clear benefits such as greater
compassion, joy, ease, and self understanding. Some people discover greater
capacities for courage and resolve. Others feel increased appreciation and
gratitude. In this you will have what is meant by success in faith family and
business. And hopefully, one finds increased experiences of freedom
