How is my child doing? This is one of the most common questions asked by parents when they attend a parent-teacher meeting. In fact, both schools and families have great roles to play in improving children’s academic performance.

Every child deserves outstanding teachers who are well-trained and understand their subject matter deeply. Most importantly, he/she should know how to make learning come alive for students. Teaching is one of the most respected and hardworking professions across the globe. However, unfortunately, some teachers never grow to be anything better than minimum required skills.
David Seff discusses the importance of face-to-face learning and why we should put an emphasis on personal education. For more tips and information about tutoring - visit http://davidseff.com/

To whom it may concern,
This letter of reference is for Tiffany Fordyce. I worked with Mrs. Fordyce as the principal at Central
Academy during the last two school years. During this time, Mrs. Fordyce was a Physical Education
teacher who worked with students in grades K-8. Mrs. Fordyce planned and implemented the Physical
Education Standards as she led students in fitness activities to build student strength, coordination, speed,
team collaboration, safety, and health. Mrs. Fordyce’s interactions with students are respectful and she has
established positive relationships with her students and their families. She maintains open communications
with the families and works to ensure the best learning situations for the children.
Mrs. Fordyce has been a tremendous asset to us at Middletown Schools. We hope to be able to keep her as
a valued member of our educational team, but realize she has goals of working in new capacities and
various settings. She has experience coaching at the high schoollevel, and I know her skills can go beyond
her work at the elementary level.
Mrs. Fordyce demonstrates professionalism and leadership at work. She serves as an active member of the
staff at Central Academy and works well with members of the teaching staff. For the reasons listed above,
I recommend Tiffany Fordyce for your consideration.
If you have any further questions about Mrs.Fordyce’s qualifications, I can be reached at
