1. Down The Rabbit Hole
There was a story that was written a long time ago about an adventure of
young girl name Alice. The story was called Alice In Wonderland. Alice
sorrows created an adventure of suffering. We have created such turmoil’s in
our life that we do not know of the reasons why. In this lesson I would like to
help you understand and learn some of the tools to fix the abundance of
trouble you are causing your life.
Our ego is the cause of our suffering that keeps reoccurring in our lives. One of
the first things I teach in the 3 D system at Dakota Dragon Defense is to
release all perceptions. This is said easily then done. For safety reason as in
protection from others or in attacked situations, we must not assume or under
estimate anyone. From an internal health all things are possible and a cause of
actions. From a spiritual understanding learning that all things are a
connection with in us. If we don’t learn to release this there will be a constant
battle and turmoil creating with in us. With this internal battle is what we as
the peaceful warriors, the martial artist, and the healers is training and
teaching throughout our entire lives. This is the process we refer to as the
journey. Somewhere in our ego mind we feel that if we just exert our control,
our will over all we will defeat anything.
Let’s look at some of the confining or the chained words that we use to defeat
and lock ourselves down. The word problem and it meaning is anything,
matter, person, that is difficult to deal with, solve, or overcome. Now if we just
read that again and again you can just feel yourself sink inside of your chest.
The sorrowful feeling of just reading it. This word and many other words we
have attached with them is a sickness and a disease of affliction we have
create inside our bodies and our lives.
The word I teach is equation. Equation is an identity of any variables that can
assume any value or condition, a state of equal or equivalent or equally
balance. The word removes resistance from the situation. Energetically
speaking, it is a state of equilibrium. Our true light and power is not being
leaked, drained, or invested poorly. It is a state of being where you move
through life with grace, ease and without expectation and in balance.
2. The steps we are training ourselves to take is planning and being prudent. We
see the wise person in the picture who looks so peaceful and we say I wish I
could have that in my life how, how, how. Well what I am going to tell you is
this. Surrender yourself to yourself and then action will be allowed. This is
what I would have told Alice before her tears washed her away and that is to
surrender.

The key is to understand where your energy is invested. To do this, the quality
of your focus is maintained in the present and not on the outcome of a future
event. Surrender is really just a state of non-attachment. So let me explain
this. To have non attachment is to let our emotions flow around and follow it
to our subconscious and take that energy that is being triggered and allow it
to stand without judgment. To use statements like “ I am going to be angry if
this doesn’t happen. This is Ego speak. The ego is obsessed with outcomes
and recognition. When we learn to use our emotions as signals and markers
rather than identifying with them, there will be a whole New World of
freedom. The world of release from attachment of emotions
The Practice
To practice non-attachment look at an object and allow all things of
definition into your head and write them down.
Write them down quickly without thought and or hesitation.
3. After writing them down cross them out from the moment and look at the
same object again and repeat the process.
All things are important events, relationships and even emotions are
important. However the training teaches us not to over work things. The
suffering will continue to grow if you hold to tight and pressure your mind. Be
active in your practice write down and repeat the exercise. This will not
happen overnight and try not to allow our social system steam roll you into
medication, depression, and ever worse death.
Stop !!
Stop spending time and energy trying to go against the current. You are losing
the love in your life with creation of suffering. You are destroying your chance
to be happy. This creates resistance in all aspects of our being. Have faith with
who you are and start seeing yourself. There are options in our lives that
reminds you us that someone else is watching you so you don’t have to see
yourself. This is the lie. Stop sees yourself. Be yourself. Live and feel yourself.
When our training and practice of faith in our abilities gets diminished and
damaged we run away from being able to understand ourselves.
