Structure:
As per original proposal, one coordinator (postgrad)
and general SLAs on each shift
Limitations:
No statistics-keeping method
No feedback from student/clients
No feedback from SLAs, except for questionnaire to
Bundoora SLAs afterwards, main points which were
•Need for some kind of identifying uniform (i.e. t-shirt)
•Need for better location
